Note...After 12 years of offering driving schools, without reporting one incident to our insurance company, we were abruptly notified of a significant increase in our insurance premium.  Due to this increase, we must unexpectedly adjust the cost of our school.  Our new rate is reflected in these applications.  Please discard any old applications you may have downloaded previously.
